Titus Management Group is a hospitality management company specializing in select service and extended stay hotels. Founded in 2016 by Brant Parish after years of executive-level experience in hotel operations, our mission is to deliver elite guest experiences while maximizing profitability for our partners. We work primarily with hotel investors who may not have an in-house operations team or prefer to rely on a specialized partner.
Our role is to bring deep hospitality expertise to the table, managing both select and full-service properties with precision, care, and a results-driven mindset. From daily execution to long-term strategy, we step in as a trusted resource to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.
What sets Titus apart is our hands-on approach. While other management companies may rely on layers of reporting and meetings, we prioritize action and presence. Our General Managers are in the halls and rooms of their hotels, not buried behind a desk. We believe that real success is found in consistent execution — in service, in sales, in standards, and in strategy.
We’re best known for our new hotel openings and ramp-ups. With more than 20 successful openings under our belt, our team knows what it takes to get a property launched, staffed, and profitable from day one. From pre-opening checklists to post-opening performance, we guide owners through every phase with confidence.

Titus Management Group was developed to bring a fresh approach to third party property management. Our diverse experience spans not only property operations but also new hotel development from the corporate and property level. Understanding the needs of property owners as well as the expectations of the franchisor during development allows us to create a seamless opening experience that creates value for our investors and exceeds the expectations of the brands.
